What is the process?
Welcome! You can inquire about our luxury picnics on the "Picnics" tab and inquire about Grazing Tables in the "Grazing Tables" tab!
Who can book a picnic?
Absolutely anyone! We encourage everyday picnic bookings as well as special events such as proposals, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, and all other occasion! If you’re booking a special event, don’t hesitate to reach out to us to see if we can do anything special for you!
What do you provide?
We provide the physical set up which includes tables, linens, plates, utensils, glasses, pillows, blanket (for chilly weather), and decor. For food, we provide grazing boards, non-alcoholic beverages, and a sweet treat!
How far in advance do I need to book?
Reaching out as early as you can is ideal! We generally book out a month in advance.
What if I have an allergy?
Our charcuterie boards can include nuts, cheeses, crackers, fruits, etc. If you have a severe allergy and want to make sure we avoid it for your picnic please note it at the time of booking. We are not a nut-free kitchen.
Where are the picnics held?
At this point we are operating out of Libby Hill Park, Maymont Park, and Jolene Winery but are working to expand into the West End as well. Stay tuned for any locations added! You can request to have the picnic set up in our private home or backyard as well! Think of it as a date-night in!
What is the timing like?
Your booking includes two hours. You must show up within 15 minutes of the start time, and if you have to leave more than 15 minutes earlier than this in time, please text us or let us know so we can come take care of all clean up. You are responsible for the picnic supplies throughout the booking time.
What about weather?
If on the day before your scheduled picnic there is a high chance of unfavorable weather (rain, storms, etc), we will give you the option to reschedule or keep and risk the booking appointment. However, if it rains at the time of your booking, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the picnic or provide a refund.
What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate?
Our largest picnic has been for 25 guests, but we generally book picnics from 2-10 guests.
Do we need to clean up?
No, our staff will take care of all cleanup in addition to the set up. All you have to do is show up and enjoy it!
What about rescheduling?
In general, we do not offer refunds. However if you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled event. We will help you pick a new time and date and try to accommodate you.
